Here at Knickerbockerglory Ltd we do all we can to respect your right to privacy and the protection of your personal information.
This document outlines what we do with your information and how your personal data (meaning any information about you which is personally identifiable like your name, address, telephone number or email address) is collated, processed and stored in order to meet our data protection standards – and comply with the law!

Please note that we may update and amend the privacy policy from time to time and any changes will be posted here. If you do not agree with any of our casting privacy policy then you should not provide us with any information.

When you contact us about taking part in one of our programmes, for example in response to a posting on social media, a flyer or any other form of communication, personal information may be collected and stored by us.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?
Your personal information may be used by us when considering your application for casting purposes for any of our programmes, developments or other related content. We may store and hold a copy of the information you provide us with and may use it to contact you for any future casting purposes within Knickerbockerglory Ltd.
Please let us know if your contact details change or you no longer want to be considered to take part in any of our programmes.
COOKIES AND OTHER SUCH DEVICES
Other than having a healthily stocked biscuit tin, we do not collect or use cookies.
WILL WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES?
We will only share your personal information with our production teams, colleagues at Knickerbockerglory Ltd and the broadcaster or financier of any of our programmes and/or agents involved in casting and producing any of our programmes.

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
We take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information and store it confidentially, other than sharing it as we state above.
We will happily delete all information held by us if you notify us via the contact details below that you no longer want to be considered to take part in any of our programmes.
